I earned my Master’s in Human Capital Management from Columbia University in NYC and my MBA from Baylor University in Waco, TX. My undergrad is from Texas A&M in College Station, TX. I spent over 9 years working for the United States Department of Defense (DOD) as a contract employee leading human resources teams responsible for large and small civilian employee populations in multiple countries. I have been in my current position for over 3 years as the Vice President of Human Resources, where I built an HR department that supports a company that has more than quadrupled in size during this time.
