• Experience with setting up DR & BC solutions: Always ON in multi-subnet, Log shipping, Replication, DB Mirroring, Failover Cluster, Custom log shipping.

• Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Client/Server Connectivity, Database Rollouts, Load Testing, Database consistency checks using DBCC Utilities.
• Experience in implementing policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the SQL Server databases.
• Expertise with Table Design, Database Design and Index Design.
