• My daily task as a National recruiting manager was complete cycle recruiting. My sourcing for candidates was but not limited to various platforms, an internal platform, social media platform, and referrals as well as my pipeline.

• Once a candidate is vetted they are submitted with their resume and any additional documents needed. I assist candidates with interviews and preparation for interviews. Once a candidate is offered a position I am now collecting the documentation needed for the position.
• Once a candidate has started I am now managing them. Verifying and submitting their timesheet, having conversations around disciplinary actions, and sometimes having to terminate candidates.
