Responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance and serving as the in-house expert with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) laws, rules and regulatory requirements at a federal, state, and local level that impact the “Company” and its operations. Reviews, analyzes and reports on compliance with applicable regulations. Also responsible for the development and execution of the annual regulatory BSA/AML/OFAC Compliance and Transaction Monitoring Manual and Compliance Program. Supervise and manage the generation of alerts in the AML monitoring and filtering systems and the compilation of documentation related to the investigations activities; preparation and maintenance of Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) forms; and OFAC sanctions and FinCEN screening.
