I primarily use the network that I have acquired over the years as well as LinkedIn Recruiter (good knowledge of ATS such as Lever and Greenhouse). I regularly review various resources to maintain a comprehensive market overview in tech, to stay abreast of trends and changes in the industry, and maintain a network of contacts (external senior executives) and follow up on their updates to see if they become open for opportunities.
