I inherited the love for human resources from my father and grandmother who dedicated their lives to working with people in employee relations and recruiting. Joined the US Army in 2000. During my 5-yr contract I attended graduate school pursuing a master's in HR Development. I had the opportunity to work closely with amazing people who trained me and introduced me to the fascinating world of military intelligence. As an E-5 I managed and trained a team of 15 talented linguists. I possess many years of experience in different areas of human resources such as training and development, coaching, compliance, safety, employee benefits, employee relations, investigations, new hire orientations, data implementations, job classification, workers' comp, leave administration, training and payroll processing among others. My years of experience include the challenges management and employees endure before, during and after an acquisition. People who know me will tell you that I am very dedicated to my HR responsibilities, I do listen and always try to find ways to assist employees the best I can. I am analytical and passionate about researching for answers. Because of my analytical skills I have a passion for audits.
