o Over 3+ years of Manual QA Testing experience with Web Applications.

• Experience with AGILE (Scrum and Kanban) and knowledge of Waterfall Methodologies.
• Familiar with Section 508 compliance testing and tools: JAWS and Wave.
• Experience with Defect/Test management tools like JIRA and Zephyr.
• Comprehensive understanding of All Phases of Test Life Cycle, including Requirements gathering, planning, scheduling, testing, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Knowledge of different phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience in Manual Testing, Smoke Testing, UI Software Testing and Backend Testing, Black-box Testing, Functional Testing, Sanity Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Experience with Backend and Database (SQL) testing.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver automation scripting with Python and PyTest.
• Strong Expertise in Hospitality Web and Software Applications and E-commerce domains.
• Knowledge of the development life cycle process, including business process analysis and requirements understanding.
