Prior to his 24 years of Quality Assurance Testing and Internet Development experience, Bryan spent 10 years in customer service, training and management. His experience spans retail, call center, banking, other commercial, and government industries. His latest accomplishments include speaking at both the 2012 StarEast and QUEST 2013 and QUEST 2015 Conferences; attaining his CTFL certification (Certified Tester – Foundation Level), and serving as an Advisory Board Member and Juror for the STC 2013 and 2014.
