​As a Software Licensing Life-Cycle Specialist at Zones IT Solutions, I specialize in Microsoft Volume Licensing and provide licensing consultation to SMB, Mid-market and Enterprise clients. With over three years of experience in customer-centric roles in the Contact center, Insurance and Tech industries, I am adept at building and maintaining positive client relationships and finding solutions to meet their needs.

​I hold a business degree and an MBA in Finance from Quaid-I-Azam University, completed in 2022. Currently, I am focused on expanding my IT expertise. I recently achieved the Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification and I am actively pursuing avenues to further strengthen my knowledge in cloud computing.

​Additionally, I have recently completed McKinsey Forward Program, which helped me in developing practical workplace skills. This program enhances my professional capabilities and complements my technical expertise, preparing me to tackle real-world challenges effectively.
