With over 20 years of experience in supply chain management, I am a seasoned and versatile professional who specializes in new product introduction (NPI). I have successfully managed multiple NPI programs across different engineering groups, using contract manufacturers both locally and overseas, and delivering products to market on time and on budget. Currently, I am the NPI Supply Chain Manager at a venture-backed stealth startup, where I work closely with my suppliers, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams to find upfront cost savings and optimize the NPI process. I am a LEAN certified practitioner who applies LEAN manufacturing concepts and procedures to eliminate waste and improve efficiency. I am also proficient in using various tools and systems, such as Oracle, Agile, Confluence, SAP, EDI, and MRP.
