I was always fascinated with computers. I've been playing video games ever since I was a little kid, and with my mom learning about programming, I was always surrounded by this field growing up. After getting both my Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Computer Science, I began my career as a software developer first at Mindlance, where I was a junior software developer. Here is where I gained work experience with JavaScript building conversational AI platforms. I also learned about the Jenkins pipeline, as well as the importance of having three different builds in order to successfully integrate new features or fixes into existing platforms without disrupting them. I also learned about creating new API calls, specifically HTTP requests for the bots to communicate with the databases. Additionally, I also learned what it was like to work not only in a team setting, but also working with other teams. After leaving Mindlance, I moved on to work at Overhead Intelligence as a software developer. This job also required JavaScript, but I also learned about React.js, Node.js, Electron.js, QML, and C++ at this job, as I had to build apps and scripts for certain tasks.
