With over two decades of software consulting experience, I help clients achieve their business goals through custom web development, product development, and marketing technology. I am the owner and principal consultant of Capewood Place, a software consulting firm based in San Diego. I am also a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer and an author of a technical book on Windows Store Application Development. As a software consultant, I have worked on projects for various companies, such as Advocate Health, MillerCoors, Harley Davidson, Johnson Controls, and General Dynamics. My most recent project involved designing and building the LiveWell patient portal platform for Advocate Health, the third largest non-profit healthcare system in the US. I advised business leaders and planned the future of the platform, focusing on platform development through custom software, vendor relations, and integrations that enable patients to focus on their care. In addition to building high-quality software, I have a purpose to make an impact on those around us. To that end, Capewood Place has pledged to donate a minimum of 3% of all revenue to help feed hungry kids in San Diego. I believe that every child deserves a chance to thrive and succeed, and that food insecurity should not be a barrier to their potential. This is why I am passionate about giving back to my community and supporting this cause.
