Hi my name is Zach Lynne and I am a Software Developer with a background in education, coaching, and business management. Growing up with a vast team sports background has helped me develop a knack for leadership, communication and building relationships. While pursing my bachelors degree in Business Management, I also was a college volleyball player on a nationally ranked team. Being able to be around my passion for volleyball in college guided me to follow a career path into coaching, where being part of a team became an even bigger focal point. I have always strived to be detail oriented with my work, while using an analytical approach as I go. As a coach, I was tasked with creating gameplans and practice plans. I used statistics and data analytics of future opponents and my own teams to come up with these plans and actualize them with my teams. My interest in how I could use that data to make my visions a reality made me realize that coding is for me, so I decided to enroll at Tech Elevator. In high school I took courses for programming, so I have always thought about taking that leap, and being at Tech Elevator has also allowed me to embrace my passion for working with others. Now, I have really developed a bug for problem solving and creating unique solutions. I would like to use my experiences and developed skills to fulfill my goal in joining a company as a software developer to expand my coding knowledge and skills, connect and work with those around me, and be challenged in a dynamic environment.
