I have been an RN for 21 years and have worked in many roles. I have excellent clinical knowledge of various age groups and the ability to thoroughly review medical records. I occasionally complete medical record audits for the purpose of legal review for a local attorney's office and have really enjoyed it. I have also performed roles ranging from bedside RN, leadership, project manager, program development, and educator. I am easy to work with. As a nurse in front line patient care, in extremely high stress and emotional situations, and am very versed in the importance of customer service. I'm very detailed oriented and organized. I am able to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities. I am a creative thinker and have excellent problem solving skills. I have experience with the Prior Authorization process from the nurse communicating with insurance and working through documentation requirements. I am proficient with Microsoft Suite.
