Cloudteam Privacy Policy
Cloudteam is committed to good privacy practices regarding your personal information. Your patronage as a candidate, customer or visitor is important, and we hope that our attention to your privacy, as described below (the "Privacy Policy" or "Policy"), demonstrates our commitment to making your experience with cloudteam a positive one. We collect information from our registered candidates, customers and visitors. This Privacy Policy governs your interaction with the cloudteam web site and your registration for and use of cloudteam's online services (collectively, the "Services"). Except as set forth within this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use and other published guidelines, we do not use personally identifiable information about our members and visitors without their permission. Note that, by using the Services, you signify your agreement to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the Services. Your continued use of the Services means that you accept the changes made to this Policy; therefore, please bookmark this page and review it periodically. If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy, or any other privacy issues in connection with the Services, please e-mail us at support@cloudteam.com.Personally identifiable information
In the course of using the Service (whether as a Client or Contractor), we may ask you to provide us with personally identifiable information, such as your name, title, email address, mailing address and phone number.
Candidate members should activate their profile only if they wish such information to be viewable by cloudteam and its customers. Viewable information includes: name, video intro, location, rate, education, experience, certifications, and skills.
Candidate members should only provide references and engage in skill assessments if they wish this information be shared to cloudteam and its customers. Candidate members may take skill assessments as many times as they wish. Cloudteam will only display the highest score.
Candidate members can elect to restrict profile access by adjusting the options provided in the privacy section of their settings. Restricted options include: professional title, name, video introduction, current employer, social media and profile photo. If the customer desires to contact the confidential candidate regarding an employment opportunity, they will send an email to the candidate through the cloudteam system. Cloudteam will forward a request to the candidate to allow that customer access.
Customer members with access to creating job posting should only do so if they wish the information be shared with cloudteam and its candidate members. Posting information includes: position type, travel percentage, US citizenship, project description, skills required and rate information. Customer members may elect to make posting private. Doing so will hide the company name and map details.
Log data
When visitors use the Services, we collect and aggregate information indicating, among other things, which pages were visited, the order in which they were visited, and which links were "clicked". The collection of information may include: logging of IP addresses, operating system, and browser software used by each user of the Services. Although such information is not personally identifiable, we can determine from the IP address a visitor's Internet Service Provider and the geographic location of his or her point of connectivity.
We may also use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze collected information in order to better improve our sites functionality and user experience.
