CallidusCloud is a cloud based solution supporting commissions payouts to channel partners. Looking for a strong developer that can support CallidusCloud development team. Integration and reporting developer experienced in designing, developing and supporting heavy movements of data pulling from various internal sources and send it to CallidusCloud. Experience in Commissions processes and Callidus Cloud is huge plus.

Requirements:

• 7 or more years of IT development/programming/coding professional work experience utilizing Informatica
• 2 or more years of experience using Control-M scheduling software
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design
  and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
• Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately
• In-depth understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology
• Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting
  tools such as Visio
• High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are
  consistent with business objectives and strategy
• Proven leadership abilities including effective knowledge sharing, conflict resolution,
  facilitation of open discussions, fairness and displaying appropriate levels of
  assertiveness
• Create ETL mappings, workflows using Informatica PowerCenter
• Experience working with Business Intelligence data visualization tools with specialization on WEBI, Crystal Reports is a plus
• Experience in rules design and development in Callidus is a huge plus
