The Strategic Sourcer will concentrate on building candidate pipelines in IT and Medical industries for our customer projects. Proven ability to utilize natural language and boolean searches and social media to identify and attract superior technical talent.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our stakeholders to develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Leverage multiple recruiting sources and internet sourcing techniques to identify candidates.
- Coordinate skill assessments
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant technical sourcing experience required
- Strong screening ability for highly technical positions
- A focus on building a company, not just filling a seat
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong familiarity of natural language and boolean search techniques
- Experienced using job posting sites (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Indeed)
- Solid understanding and usage of social media sites (linkedin, facebook, Gethub)
