Responsible for acting as a change management expert and functional champion to reimagine processes and help instill a continuous improvement mindset across the organization. Develops ways to increase productivity, maximize efficiency, and manage human capital more effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop plans, conceptual thinking, business processes, procedures, functional and data requirements analysis, system analysis, and documentation preparation for complex business and technical projects.
• Focus on driving improvements through more effective processes, elimination of non-value added or duplicate efforts, waste and other related defects and variation in the process.
• Work to identify opportunities, drive operational excellence and serve as a subject matter expert in assigned areas.
• Work with leadership to develop and prioritize an ongoing action plan to improve key performance indicators.
• Leverage strong organizational, project planning, and project management skills including the ability to define project scope, process, objectives, priorities, project plans and timelines.
• Find solutions quickly and with confidence – become an expert in solving complex problems and lead the way forward.
• Build an effective network of influence for project buy-in and sustainment.
• Drive culture change and fact-based decision making throughout the organization.
• Share best practices methods and ideas.
• Drive visual management in assigned areas.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or related field
• Solid understanding of project management principles
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity and identify potential paths forward
• Proven track record of developing and implementing process improvements
• Ability to exercise influence without authority
• Experience in business/systems analysis, documentation, and reengineering
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, Access, Visio, etc)
• Advanced Knowledge of Process/Quality/Business improvement methodologies


This resource must be exceptionally analytical and have the ability to define problems based upon data. Must have the ability to focus on driving improvements through more effective processes, elimination of non-value added or duplicate efforts, waste and other related defects and variation in the process.
