Because this is a Program-level position, expect a senior-level project manager (>10 years of experience as PM) able to author and manage program artifacts, judge the quality of project level artifacts, manage meetings including preparations and correspondence of agendas and minutes, and provide support to the program manager. To that end they should have experience managing large highly visible projects and be well versed in project management discipline and artifact preparation. Ideally they would also have experience with managing a program store of all of the documentation and information lists as well. Personally, they should be a self-starter able to see what needs to be done and start to organize it while also serving as a team-player for a cross-functional group of leaders.
