Job Summary:
Seeking candidate for the Enterprise Architecture Team to partner with the Life and Health organization to design and implement cloud-based solutions that integrate with on-premises enterprise platforms supporting the life insurance value chain.

• Ability to envision, design, develop and deploy the technical solution leveraging Salesforce for systems projects.
• Lead the initial and continuing design functions for Salesforce related projects of any size and complexity in a multi Salesforce Org environment, including, but not limited to Application Solutions Architecture, Integration Architecture and Data Architecture
• Provide strong leadership for technical design functions on assigned projects, Proofs of Concept, feasibility studies, road map development and strategies.

Job Qualifications:

• Demonstrate practical experience in architecture roles within a complex enterprise environment including assisting in setting architectural principles, helping define the reference architecture, building technology road maps aligned with business plans and helping to institute governance to ensure alignment of investment to strategy/architecture.
• Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with business partners to define a technical vision that delivers on the business goal.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum / Kanban) development methodologies and IT transformation required.
• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage one-on-one at all levels of the organization or present to business and technical stakeholders.
