Role: Programmer / Developer Lead - Sitecore
Job Description:
- Analyzing the ticket for front end and Backend changes
- Analyze the impact on the interfacing system(SFDC and Databridge) and inform appropriately
- For Training, Data changes load data into DE database
- Communicate release plan to stakeholders
- Communicate down time of Digital Expert App based on the changes
- Raise ticket for iPad build with CoE team
- Create Mobile app build for Windows Surface Pro
- Create backend build for deployment of services
- Integration Testing of changes if required with SFDC and other interfacing system
- Track Production issues and Data changes
- Support UAT. Collaborate with SFDC, Databridge team for release
- Communicate release and deployment of the app to business stakeholders.
- Build reports which are less than 2 man days for client and for internal purpose.
- Fix defects (for L2 support) which are less than 5 man days.
- Move new features and critical defects development to L3 support.
- Support UAT environment for L2 tickets.
- Hands on experience with C#, Asp.Net MVC, and REST API calls
- Should have hands on experience with Sitecore experience platform
- Hands on experience with Sitecore implementation such as Building web page and Sitecore modules
- Sitecore trouble shooting skills such as checking logs, finding out the root cause.
- Should have worked in at least one Sitecore support project
- Should have skills on Sitecore configuration, pipeline, events and deployment etc.
