JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Test Lead manages a logical grouping of test activities as well being an expert on the test analyst activities.

Quality Assurance and Testing expertise as a Test Lead (lead small teams).

6-8 years of experience

Domain Experience based on application/functional area (e.g. SAP, Commissions, Web, Retail, Care, Telesales, Prepaid, Wholesale, B2B, CRM, Billing, SIVR, Shared Services (Security Testing, Test Automation, and Performance Testing), and Engineering)

Minimum Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Actively participate in Test Strategy / Test plan preparation
• Task allocation and monitoring
• Coordinate and manage the schedules of the test team and report to client management as required
• Perform detailed requirements analysis
• Prepare and maintain Test-ware (Test Cases, Test Data, Test Stubs/Harnesses) in an audit Document with traceability between requirements
• Manage the performance of their respective team members
