Sr. IT Systems Engineers are responsible for monitoring, installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of technology solutions.

Overview:
Senior BMC Atrium Orchestrator/TrueSight Developer is responsible for system development and the programming for highly complex programs and application integrations. Serve as a subject matter expert for other Solution Developers to ensure that the end products align with business expectations, development logic meets ITIL® Best Practices, and security preferences. The expectation is to utilize and development relationships with Team Leads and Peers to ensure tactical and strategic initiatives are implemented successful and timely.

Qualifications:
• Must have Proficient understanding on BMC Atrium Orchestrator
• Must have BMC Remedy experience 9.1x or higher
• Must have 5+ years with BMC Atrium Orchestrator
• Experience lead developer to improve the platform by developing new automation capabilities
• Expert level understanding and implementation of RESTful APIs
• Proficient understanding of protocols and services such as SOAP, REST, WMI, SSH and Windows Remoting
• Proficient experience with at least one of the following scripting languages: JavaScript, VBScript or Shell Scripting
• Proficient understanding of Windows and Unix Operating system
• Proficient understanding of XML, JSON, Regular Expressions, XSLT, XPATH and SQL
• Experience in one of the database technologies such as MySQL, MS SQL Server

Additional Qualifications Preferred:

• ITIL® Foundations V3 or higher
• BAO Certified Professional
• Experience with Agile Methodology
