BMC BSA Engineer

The BSA engineer are responsible for monitoring, installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of technology solutions. IT Systems Engineers provide technical support, troubleshoot problem and perform scripting/programming to ensure stable and efficient operation of technology solutions.


Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience IT related field.
• 4+ years IT related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education.
• Demonstrated proficiency and experience in design, implementation, monitoring and troubleshooting technology.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience with BMC Server Automation (BladeLogic) required, including installation, configuration, operation, upgrading, and providing maintenance of the product.
• Systems administration experience with IBM AIX, Microsoft Windows Server, and RedHat
• NSH experience

Preferred:

• BMC Certifications
• ITIL Certifications
• Experience using Agile methodology.
