We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized programmer to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in creating and testing compliance audit files. You will also solve existing compliance audit files, work with SMEs and the Compliance team to enhance and improve program designs, and ensure applications and programs are up-to-date.

Job Description

  • Develop Nessus compliance audit files and associated conversion from DISA STIG or CIS
  • Collaborate with SMEs to validate Audit Files Match Compliancy
  • Implement Audit Files
  • Correct errors in the Audit Files and update
  • Create change documentation to ensure it matches preexisting baselines
  • Debug and correct faulty lines of code
  • Update and expand existing programs
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve process
  • Contribute to the upkeep and consistency of internal documentation related to issues, resolutions, usage topics, and training

Job Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with multiple scripting languages (Perl, Regex, Powershell, XML, Rule Based Automation Scripts)
  • Optimization tuning and troubleshooting skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
  • Decisive and critical thinker
  • Manipulate data from various sources / formats e.g. flat files, relational databases, non-relational databases, XML, JSON, etc.

  • Experience running Nessus Compliance Scans
