Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent work experience.

• Four (4) or more years’ experience in enterprise tool installation / maintenance and communication roles.
• Solid knowledge and experience in Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps, and enterprise development tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, productivity focused, collaboration skills, communication skills, and customer support abilities.
• Advanced demonstrated proficiency and experience with one or more of the following:
  • Technical writing / communicating.
  • Tool installation / maintenance / support.
  • Unix, Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Git Markdown
  • Shell Scripting

Preferred Skills/Requirements:

• Ability to track and plan many software and operating system installations, upgrades, patches, etc.
• Ability to communicate system upgrades, outages, enhancements, etc. to technical users.
• Ability to help write and update technical documentation.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation from 3rd party / vendors.
• Ability to take technical ownership of tool upgrades and validation.
