JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must have hands-on working experience with the Sales, Service or Marketing Modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configurations and customizations for the solution.
- Able to work with both on-shore, and off-shore resources that work may be delegated to.
- Responsible for helping to estimate, design, code, test, and deliver modifications. Must be able to use the code sourcing control tool and help with the migration of code to multiple instances of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Responsible for providing functional solutions to business requirements in all Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
- Has to be able to provide detailed functional and technical solution documents to the client.
Relevant Technical Skills:
- Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM installation and configuration experience overall, with current experience on Dynamics CRM 2016 for both online and on premise versions.
- Experience in Microsoft SQL is needed for setup and configuration in support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM instances.
Technical Experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development experience from 1 – 3 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development using Active Directory, .Net, Jscript, SSRS, SSIS and MS SQL Server.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional experience from 1 – 3 years of hands on lead experience with all modules.
- Experience creating functional documentation using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Project and Microsoft Sharepoint.
