• Reactive event-driven programming
• Queue Messaging (MQueue, Kafka… etc)
• Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Cloud Deployment Experience (AWS is preferable)

Take ownership of assigned stories and work closely with required resources to deliver the best possible products within the designated time line.
Analyze existing legacy products and bring them up to modern standards as required by business needs.
Work with a team of back end, front end, QA and DevOps engineers to design, create, test and deploy applications.
Develop services and applications using Java with the Spring Framework.
Create application requirements and project documentation.
Solve complex problems, create object models, define APIs, build web services, etc.
Work directly with other developers and internal stakeholders to develop a solid understanding of the business application and requirements for which the application is being designed.
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Keep up-to-date on technology that is pertinent and share that knowledge with other team members.
