Business Analysts enable the transformation and performance improvement of an enterprise or its parts, with respect to people, process and technology, by providing relevant capabilities, assets (human and non-human), processes and tools. Business Analysts structure, analyze and visualize an enterprise’s current state. They design and visualize the future state. They also design and guide the change process from current to future state. Developing sector knowledge is extremely important for all Business Analysts. Functional analysts can specialize in Business, ERP, Application Management or Custom Software Development (CSD).

Required Skills and Experience:
You are a self-reliant analyst who has mastered at least one methodology. You are developing your knowledge in a business and/or industry domain and an ERP solution or a technical tool / programming language. Possible positions could include being a Business Process Consultant describing processes, Requirements Analyst describing business / functional requirements or Package configuration.

• Qualification: 2-5 years of experience (1 year minimum relevant experience)Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: If possible seeking BA level 1.
• Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting
• Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge & Testing

• The BSmart Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring alignment between BSmart’s business strategies and the technology. By facilitating discussions and working collaboratively with internal and external customers, this individual will develop a roadmap with clear and documented business requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, and strategy to ensure successful delivery of these requirements.
• Collaborate with leaders, managers, and end users to determine and address data and reporting need.
• Key contact for project functional/operational knowledge management.
• Facilitate and provide input on requirement prioritization.
• Review test cases/test execution progress reports and provides feedback.
• This individual will be the single point of contact for all business and functional requirements including change requests related to communications and queries.
• Test new process, procedure and technology releases to ensure seamless business operations during the execution of initiatives that impact the steady-state—i.e. major projects, software releases, vendor product upgrades, etc.
• Participate in change management planning and execution activities in support of these initiatives.
• Drive, elicit and document business/technical requirements.
• Validate both proposed and developed solutions to ensure the solution addresses the business need.
• Identify and facilitate key decisions throughout the development effort, and ensure they are communicated to stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the product features and functions you support.
• Ability to identify useful information in data sets and suggest conclusions that support decision making.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and collaborative.
• Capture current state and define future state: flow diagrams, context diagrams, data definitions.
• Provide guidance, training and support to end-users.
• Complete advanced functional testing, general usability testing and automated testing.
• Document steps to reproduce errors or issues. Keep a log of pages tested and bugs found.

REQUIRED: Ability to identify useful information in data sets and suggest conclusions that support decision making. Strong analytical capabilities. Detail-oriented, methodical, and collaborative. Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies. Data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
PREFERRED: Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and related methodologies (e.g. CMMI, Agile, or other industry standards). Direct experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of quality assurance standards for software testing.
