JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification: 6-8 years of experience (2 years minimum relevant experience) Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: If possible has BA level 1 and is seeking level 2.
• Experience in Business Analysis.
• Should be proficient in Business knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting.
• Should have progressing skills on Software Engineering & Architecture Knowledge.
• Should have baseline in Testing.
• Collaborate and solve problems together with peer Scrum Masters and development teams.
• Develop effective, quality source code that satisfies customer needs with an exceptional experience
• Guide the scrum team on organization on how to use scrum and Agile practices.
• Oversee scrum process and coaches the team.
• Lead daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement.
• Work with the Product Owner to support short and long-term release planning.
• Perform Agile Coaching for multiple teams.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 Years of dedicated Scrum Master / Agile Coaching experience (preferred)
• Extensive experience gathering metrics, performing retrospectives, and developing Agile techniques
• Excellent communication and Collaborative and team focused
• Excellent time management and results oriented
• Experience with Rally required
• Experience with Agile management tools such as JIRA, Pivotal Tracker a plus
• Scrum Master Certification or Agile PMI-ACP Certification preferred. (Add Prior Technical experience architecting or managing Micro services architecture based solutions will be a plus)
• Prior Technical Experience in architecting a Micro service based solution will be an added advantage.
