Our business analyst will be working on the Day One Readiness projects:

• Working with business and IT areas to establish their day one needs for hardware and software. They will work with other areas of IT to bundle those things together with their defined access role to create a “persona” – the defined needs for a role.

• They will work with data owners and data stewards to get pre-approvals for all accesses requested using a persona.

• They will work closely with the project team to transition the persona creation process from emails to an online portal. This will involve learning the process and teaching it to managers and their delegates who will be using the persona intake portal. They will ensure we have all we need to create the persona and break down the steps to be consumable by the end user provisioning teams.

• Various other duties as needed may include pulling reports and offering improvement ideas.

• Experience with BMC Remedy ticketing system is a plus.
