Required:

BA resource, comfortable with a quick/short on-boarding and ramp-up. Can work with minimal direction and oversight, asking for additional assistance when applicable. Will work closely with business contacts to gather requirements for project workstreams (*understands that these business partners will not have/understand technical IT acumen). Will be able to document and communicate requirements clearly to development team. Will feel comfortable assisting development team with testing, then helping business team with UAT. Effective communication – both verbally and written is a must. Able to meet tight-timelines. Able to participate in daily stand-up meetings with broader team. Comfortable working on multiple workstreams concurrently.

Technical Experience- Should have worked with Datawarehouse and Business Warehouse Teams- BO and SAPBW , WEBi tools and can map business requirements into technical requirements and models

Experience-6-8 years
Communication skills- Very important
