Job description:

The Guidewire Data and Reporting developer will be involved in the technical and functional data work stream associated with the Downstream Data program – which will include designing, developing and testing solutions for extraction of data from Guidewire PolicyCenter into DataHub and then extracting data from DataHub to feed other downstream systems. The Guidewire Data and Reporting developer is an experienced resource with exposure to previous data related projects including hands on experience extracting, transforming and loading data using SAP BODS ETL tool.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Experience with data focused aspects of Guidewire focused solutions – Specifically Guidewire data management solutions – DataHub.
• Good understanding of data models for Guidewire InsuranceSuite especially PolicyCenter.
• Experience in designing and developing downstream integrations including datawarehouses, external and internal data feeds and reporting
• Experience with data focused aspects of insurance domain – ex. Policy Lifecycle process etc.
• Participates in project status meetings with team members and client.
• Assists consultant team members in the delivery of client presentations. Reviews deliverables prepared by the team before sharing with the client.
• Working and collaborating with both onsite and offshore team members.

Basic Technical Requirements
• Experience supporting enterprise level programs with preference to data capability delivery experience in guidewire data.
• 1+ years Guidewire data experience.
• Overall 5 + years of IT experience
• Must have experience with in data focused projects.
• 1+ year of experience with SAP BODS ETL tool
• Experience in professional services/consulting organization
• Experience in Agile approaches to project management
• Experience working with global development teams
