Desktop Support / Service Desk Specialist Works across a broad range of technologies and liaises across multiple areas of the business to support incidents, problems and requests. Responsible for answering IT requests via phone, email, live chat or instant messgae, explaining solutions in technical and nontechnical terms

Job description:

  • At least 2 years prior experience with migrating Windows 7 to Windows 10.
  • Desktop support experience (5 years).
  • MUST BE Experienced with imaging, PC deployment, and Windows 10 migration/upgrades.
  • Experience with Systems Center Configuration Management (SCCM), specifically around desktop deployment.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience with endpoint encryption software (BitLocker).
  • Strong understanding of network protocols/services and network infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office ProPlus deployment.
  • Ability to work independently.
