Desktop Support / Service Desk Specialist Works across a broad range of technologies and liaises across multiple areas of the business to support incidents, problems and requests. Job description:
- At least 2 years prior experience with migrating Windows 7 to Windows 10.
- Desktop support experience (5 years).
- MUST BE Experienced with imaging, PC deployment, and Windows 10 migration/upgrades.
- Experience with Systems Center Configuration Management (SCCM), specifically around desktop deployment.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with endpoint encryption software (BitLocker).
- Strong understanding of network protocols/services and network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office ProPlus deployment.
- Ability to work independently.
