Job description:
- Expert knowledge of ITIL standards and processes like Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Request Management
- In depth knowledge of Windows servers2003/2008/2012, Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop, Active Directory, VMWare and VDI.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure management concepts.
- Functional knowledge of related tools like Appsense, EdgeSight, Perceiver etc.
- 2 to 5+ year experience in handling large geographically distributed operations support teams
- Should be able to identify the value innovations and process improvements in current project
- Strong business acumen and customer focus
- Very good Communication, Documentation, Presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Spanish speaking is an advantage.
