JOB DESCRIPTION:

"- Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and deliver.
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor. Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
- Develop ETL mappings in Informatica PowerCenter 10.1.1 environment (with a planned upgrade to 10.2.2 in October,) unit testing the mappings, testing data loads, creating batch scripts and job scheduling with client’s enterprise scheduling tool Ctrl-M.
- Work with Tech Analysts, Data Warehouse Architects, and other developers on large enterprise projects including the replacement of an enterprise leasing system, the implementation of Master Data Management.
- Involved in designing the data flow, participate in design sessions, document designs, and help with data modeling and creating DDLs.
- Potential to assist with development of Source Code branching and versioning strategies and deployment.
- 5- 7+ years experience on Informatica Powercenter platform, 10.x, both as a developer and supporting production mappings/loads.
- Experience in relational databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server).
- Knowledge of Windows batch and/or UNIX shell scripting.
- Client facing or consulting experience a MUST.
