• Should possess 10 years of overall IT experience and atleast 7+ with BI reporting and specfically with Tableau.
• Should have strong Tableau experience and should be able to translate elaborated user stories into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards.
• Work on Tableau environment to create specific user roles and folder structures to establish secured channel for report distribution.
• Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations & Support team
• Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for business users
• Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented for your sphere of influence
• Build training materials and users-guides for business to support ad-hoc, self-service reporting.
• Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes
• Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision
Key Skills:
• Tableau 10 – Dashboard development, Portal Set-up
• Database Knowledge – Oracle, SQL Server, Hortonworks Hadoop
• Ability to create technical specification documents and necessary user-guides.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
