Degree: Undergraduate Computer Science or Business Degree + Relevant Work Experience
Must Skills:
• Must have 10+ years of Consultative Experience as an Active Directory Enterprise Architect who is Responsible/Accountable for driving successful Global Scale Windows 10/SCCM Consolidations/Migrations
• Successful Candidate must have engaged in and show on their resume at least 10 Large and Complex Multi-Forest Windows 10/SCCM Consolidation/Migration Efforts where they were the Lead AD Architect
• Must have Enterprise Architect level knowledge of the following technologies
• Windows Intune/SCCM Co-mgmt (via the Cloud Management Gateway)
• Cloud-attached Management
• Real-Time Management (using CMPivot and Powershell)
• Application Management
• OS Deployment
• Software Updates/WSUS
• MBAM (standalone as well as SCCM and Intune based)
• Company resource access (Wi-Fi, VPN, email and certificate profiles)
• Compliance settings
• EndPoint Protection (all of the Windows 10 M365 E3 Licensed features)
• Power Mgmt
• Remote Control
• Reporting
• Software Metering
• Device Mgmt
• Must have Expert level knowledge of these Windows 10 Migration Toolsets (Windows AutoPilot, SCCM, Windows Analytics)
Plus Skills:
• Knowledge of other toolsets is a plus
• Lakeside Systrack
• Juriba Dashworks
• Flexera (AdminStudio, IT Asset Manager, etc)
• Expert Knowledge or experience with Windows 10 Application Compatibility Design, Planning and Rationalization• Expert level understanding of ITIL/Hybrid Waterfall Delivery Methodologies and processes and be able to formulate Project/Program Governance and Accountability structures
Detailed job responsibilities:
• Responsible/Accountable to drive the Windows 10/System Center Configuration Mgr Identification, Strategic Planning and Issue Resolution (across the various legacy Windows 2003 Multi-Forest AD environments - up to 15)
• Responsible/Accountable to work closely with Client Senior IT Architects and Key Stakeholders during these activities
• Responsible/Accountable to communicate and document all risks and issues and create a strategic plan to address these issues as well as implement issue resolution
• Responsible/Accountable to drive the Strategic Assessment, Planning, Documentation and Implementation for Windows 10/SCCM Consolidation/Migration effort (across the legacy Windows 2003 Multi-Forest AD Environment)
• Plans must focus on preventing/reducing End User Outages or Authentication/Authorization issues across the IT landscape (Azure AD/O365, Softlayer IaaS workloads and other Apps/Resources)
• Responsible/Accountable to work closely with Client’s Senior IT Architects and Key Stakeholders during these activities
• Responsible/Accountable for working with Project/Program Manager to align the Windows 10/SCCM Consolidation/Migration effort with other client IT Initiatives
• Responsible/Accountable for any requested Project Documentation (Windows 10/SCCM Infrastructure Design and Consolidation/Migration Plans, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Gap Analysis and Remediation Plans, Test Plan/Test Case, Build Guides, Risks and Issues Log) as well as People, Process and Technical Issue Escalation
Other soft skills/aptitude:
Must have experience in working with Client who does not have fully defined plan
Experience in delivering Projects in a Consultative Delivery model is critical
