This position is responsible for supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform across multiple business units as part of marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will partner with business to develop consumer facing cloud pages hosted on SFMC, assist with creating custom data extensions using SQL and personalize newsletter email templates via AmpScript. In addition, the candidate will assist in creating and supporting pipelines in and out of Salesforce and identify process improvements. The role requires creative thinking, ability to learn quickly, understanding of various marketing initiatives across all major channels combined with a strong experience in developing UX/UI for web applications.

• Creating consumer facing web cloud pages featuring cutting edge interactive UX/UI
• Creating custom data extensions via SQL and dynamic personalizations of newsletters via AmpScript
• Working with business leaders on UAT
• Soliciting feedback from customers and incorporating into development plan

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Expert knowledge of SQL
• Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience coding in AmpScript
• Experience working in Adobe Photoshop
• Good understanding of modern marketing initiatives
• Strong problem-solving skills, effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple groups, levels in org
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Quick learner, self motivation and resourcefulness required
