• Must have 10+ years of Consultative Experience as an Active Directory Enterprise Architect who is Responsible/Accountable for driving successful Global Scale Active Directory Consolidations
• Successful Candidate must have engaged in and show on their resume at least 10 Large and Complex Multi-Forest Active Directory Consolidation/Migration Efforts where they were the Lead AD Architect
• Must have Enterprise Architect level knowledge of the following technologies and their integration across Azure/O365/Exchange, SharePoint
• Knowledge of Forest/Domain Design (understanding of AD Red Forest and NIST Cybersecurity standards), AD Replication, Time Services, Security Structure (Forest Trusts, OU-GPO’s-GPP’s-Delegation of Authority, Azure AD, ADFS and other IDP’s-Azure AD Premium, Microsoft E3 Security Features of Win10, Authentication and Authorization of AD Integrated Apps for Windows and Unix client systems, IDM-User/Group Provisioning-Deprovisioning processes, Public Key Infrastructure, Naming and Attribute Standards for AD joined Users-Groups-Contacts-Devices, Privileged Account Workstations/Privileged Account Mgmt-RBAC), Name Services (DNS, DHCP, WINS), File and Print Services, High-Availability, Disaster Recovery, Backups)
• Must have Expert level knowledge of these AD Migration Toolsets (ADMT, Quest, Binary Tree)…knowledge of other toolsets is a plus

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible/Accountable to drive the Active Directory Issue Identification, Strategic Planning and Resolution (within and across legacy Windows 2003 Multi-Forest AD environments (up to 15))
• Responsible/Accountable to work closely with Client’s Senior IT Architects and Key Stakeholders during these activities
• Responsible/Accountable to communicate and document all risks and issues and create a strategic plan to address these issues as well as implement issue resolution
• Responsible/Accountable to drive the Strategic Assessment, Planning and Implementation for an AD Consolidation/Migration effort (across the legacy Windows 2003 Multi-Forest AD Environment)
• Plans will include both Active Directory Migration AND Consolidation and must focus on preventing/reducing End User Outages or Authentication/Authorization issues across the IT landscape (Azure AD/O365, Softlayer IaaS workloads and other Apps/Resources)
• Responsible/Accountable to work closely with Client Senior IT Architects and Key Stakeholders during these activities
• Responsible/Accountable for working with Project/Program Manager to align the AD Consolidation/Migration effort with other client IT Initiatives
• Responsible/Accountable for any requested Project Documentation (AD Infrastructure Design and Consolidation/Migration Plans, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Gap Analysis and Remediation Plans, Test Plan/Test Case, Build Guides, Risks and Issues Log) as well as People, Process and Technical Issue Escalation

Experience in delivering Projects in a Consultative Delivery model is critical
