Degree – Undergraduate Computer Science or Business Degree + Relevant Work Experience

Requirements:
• PM Experience managing multiple projects in parallel and manage multiple contributions across different vendors
• PMO Experience managing tasks, Estimate to Complete and forecast in Clarity
• PM Experience with MDM Implementations
• PM Experience with Office 365 implementations
• PM Experience with Windows 10 Implementations / Consolidations
• PM Experience with complex Active Directory consolidation experience
• Experience in Organizational Change Management / Adoption Change Management with respect to Office 365 implementations
• Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects
• Prince-II, PMI certifications preferred
• Must have experience in working with Client who does not have fully defined plan
• Must exhibit an ability to pivot due to changing requirements while balancing client satisfaction with commercial responsibility
• Experience in delivering Projects in a Consultative Delivery model is critical
Experience in working with stakeholders located across different time zones and geographies

Job Description:
• Manages all financial aspects of the product including annual budgeting, invoice checking and signoff, analyze the financial impact of service and support model changes, manage risks and opportunities. This includes monthly financial review of centrally managed P&L and advising and consulting local business contacts on service cost and investments.

• Directs reporting of product utilization and continuously drives for improved adoption and user experience of the product.
• Partners with the Deployment team to prepare business change material and product industrialization.
• Directs and oversees monthly service portfolio review meetings with stakeholders to manage the investment budget and scope management of projects.
• Oversees the team’s activities to meet deliverable dates for next generation services in accordance with best practices in the industry.
• Manages the vendor(s) and internal teams that support the product to provide optimal service
• Directs & owns security and risk compliance for the project
