- Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
- Generally, 7+ years of professional experience with an inspiring portfolio showing how research and crafted phenomenal experiences, seeing them through to released products
- Able to rapidly create sketches, wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and animations to visualize ideas and articulate user flows or experiences, with an experienced understanding of the right process or artifact required for a particular outcome. Actively identify the need for and initiates new, complex multi-step user flows using various design tools (e.g. experience and service design maps, journey maps, concepts, animations, storyboards, wireframes and prototypes)
- Strong experience on helping with content strategy or creation, product management, or other areas necessary to help the team win and deliver an amazing customer experience
- Ability to work on various digital designs across iOS, Android, web, and intranets
- Experience using methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup
- Strong organization and analytic thinking skills, with ability to translate complex content into user scenarios, flows and diagrams
- Familiarity with the following core disciplines, with demonstrated expertise in at least two and proficiency in two others: visual design, UX design, prototyping, front-end development, user research and/or experiment design
- Dedication to work in a fast paced technology environment
