This role reports to the US Business Manager - who in turn reports to the Regional Head of Group Audit Americas.Will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to Group Audit. To support the US Business Management team in facilitating the efficient and effective operation of the US office environment to help maintain a first class proactive, forward looking Group Audit function.

Your Role
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Business Manager and BM Team
- Production of materials for key regional governance committees and meetings
- Business Continuity Plan maintenance and testing as well as call tree tests across the region
- Onboarding for new joiners and transfers into Group Audit Americas and ordering the stationary and hardware requirements of the department
- Maintain regulatory request schedule, the Regulatory Interaction Database (RID) and information such as telephone lists, fire wardens, first aiders etc.
- Assist on ad-hoc Business Management projects

- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
