Role Responsibilities

• Work closely with M&A Hub Business customers, understand their requests, gather detailed business requirements.
• On a daily basis, responds to customers' questions, problems, and work requests.
• Communicates clearly and professionally, with both colleagues and customers, in written and verbal forms.
• Build wireframes, mockups, architecture blueprints, and prototypes to provide the required level of detail for developers to understand the functional requirements.
• Break down features requested from the Product Manager on the business side into User Stories that describe application functional requirements.
• Act as a powerful developer advocate for the development partners and delivering appropriate feedback to them.
• Balance strong judgment, intuition, research findings, customer feedback, stakeholder input, and time constraints to ensure the correct solution is being built.
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Understands the functionality of platform tools, including API’s, extensibility points, and infrastructure.
• Estimate solutions by determining and designing system specifications and standards-driven by our customer’s requirements.
• Create Architecture, planning and effort estimation for planned scope.
• Have a full technical understanding of the available APIs and clearly communicate the benefits to the Business teams.
• Familiarize yourself with new and evolving technologies such as containerization, azure functions, and machine learning.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in computer science, engineering, business IT, or relevant comparable work experience.
• Ability to work with non-technical clients in a consultative capacity to quickly learn new concepts and provide software solutions using effective verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
• Experience in software development using MEAN Stack (Mongo-Express JS-Angular JS-Node JS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
