As a SharePoint Developer, you will join the team in service of the daily operation and maintenance of the Email and Content Management infrastructure. You’ll work together to analyze issues, action request fulfillment, service incident management, partner in the resolution of issues and conflicts, and provide proactive improvements and automation in the environment. You will take this passion and activity to draft running reports and attend team meetings. Your success will satisfy the end-user stakeholders on the platform in their day to day encounters. This will be a great opportunity to cross-collaborate with members of different teams including mobility, desktop, voice systems, email, collaboration, unified communications, and audio/visual.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support of the Content Management environment, consisting of SharePoint, Virtual Data Room, DocuSign & OneDrive-Online, vendor managed and internal on-premises
  • Performing monitoring, escalation, incident handling, change processing, firewall checks, standard reporting, monthly consumption analysis and reporting, developing and maintaining Knowledge Articles
  • Track the implementation of resolution tasks; collect, interpret and respond to changes in production data as appropriate; provide regular and reliable reporting of relevant data to meet management requirements
  • Understand thoroughly the end to end application support process and escalation procedures and become fully conversant with all support tools that will be used to provide effective support in the relevant area
  • Proactively engage Major Incident Management and maintain effective communications with stakeholders during downtime events. Assist with resolution efforts and perform root cause analysis as needed on major incidents
  • Identify risks, issues and product defects related to applications and/or services and drive their resolution

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working as L2+ working with Content Management and related infrastructure
  • SharePoint Online, One Drive Online, and experience with Digital Signature products like DocuSign
  • Virtual Data Rooms from Intralinks and Debtdomain. Application and Web server basics, and Database and SQL basics
  • Familiarization with SDLC tools and processes, Agile, and helping with building servers
  • Hands-on experience of windows server patching and proven experience with application Troubleshooting, TCP/IP networking, and a working knowledge of IT applications, network infrastructure technology and the application of security components and corresponding interfaces
