Must Skills:

It is required to have an IT Consulting Background performing Projects & Consulting work and be able to show the following experience in the resume:

  • Must have at least 10+ years’ Architecture experience with Designing, Implementing, Preparing, Configuring, & Migrating Office 365 (includes Business Productivity Online Suite)
  • Must have at least 10+ years’ Architecture experience Designing, Implementing, Configuring, Testing, Migrating & Securing Exchange (on-premises/online) & Exchange Hybrid solutions:
    • From Exchange (5.5 - 2019) to Exchange Online
  • Must have Architectural Proficiency with Exchange Hybrid Designs & HOW the following solutions could break Hybrid Co-Existence as well as how they need to be Designed to work with Hybrid Co-Existence
    • Network Break & Inspect Devices (Cloud Access Security Brokers, Data Loss Prevention, Proxy devices, Secure Web Gateways, WAN Accelerators & Optimizers)
    • Firewalls and Load Balancers
  • Must have Architectural Proficiency with Exchange Hybrid Designs & HOW they must be designed in the following scenarios:
    • To maintain Hybrid Co-Existence in a multi-Active Directory Forest/Exchange Org Topology
    • To maintain Data Sovereignty compliance (GDPR) when Multi-Geo must be used
  • Migrations from Lotus Notes & GroupWise, along with InterOrg (Exchange to Exchange) and GSuite/O365 Tenant to Tenant Migrations
  • Must have Architectural proficiency (Design, Build, Migrate) in at least four of the following Migration Toolsets:
    • All Exchange/O365 Native Migration Tools (Hybrid, Cutover, Express, Staged, O365 Import Service, IMAP) – counts as one toolset
    • BitTitan
    • Binary Tree
    • Transend
    • Quest
    • Codetwo
    • Other
  • Must have Architectural understanding of how Third-Party Archive & Journaling Email Data (Enterprise Vault, Mimecast) on legal hold is migrated appropriately (to maintain Data Immutability)
  • Must have Architectural Proficiency with integrating Microsoft and non-Microsoft Mobile Device/Mobile Application Management & Unified Endpoint Management solutions with Exchange/Office 365 (Intune, Blackberry, Airwatch, Workspace One, etc) as well as other third-party email aware apps (Unified Communications/Messaging, Fax, Printer/Scanners)
  • Must have Architectural Proficiency (Design, Build, Migrate) with Office 365 Email Protection Mechanisms:
    • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC (along with ARC)
    • Data Loss Prevention, RMS/IRM, Azure Information Protection (Classification-Labelling & Sensitive Information Types), Office 365 Message Encryption & Transport Rules
    • Legal/Litigation Holds, Retention, Deletion and Data Immutability
    • Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection
    • Microsoft and non-Microsoft Email Hygiene/Gateway Products (ProofPoint, Exchange Online Protection, Mimecast, etc)
  • Must have experience working within Project/Delivery Management Methodologies (SDLC, Hybrid Waterfall)
  • Must have experience in the creation of Technical Use Cases/Personas and how these are combined with the Technical, Functional and Business Requirements to drive the Technical Architectural settings/policies
  • Must have experience with creation of Technical/Project Documentation
  • Must have experience working in a cross-functional team, with the ability to lead/drive the scope of work in ambiguous client-facing situations and requests

Plus Skills:

  • Architectural Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and Single Sign-On solutions (ADFS, Azure Ad premium, Okta, Ping, SailPoint, etc. and how these are Architected, prepared, Integrated and Configured with Office 365

Detailed job responsibilities:

  • Maintain client contacts with IT Management and IT Director level;
  • Has the ownership of and co-ordination for the total solution, cost estimation, and benchmark;
  • Determine client scope and is client-facing SPOC for solutions, e.g. dialogs, presentations;
  • Define high-level solution including business case, with delivery, HR, finance, Transition & partners;
  • Set and lead direction for solution and challenges of IS deliverables, incl. technical solution components, service solution design, delivery model, projects, governance, and costing/pricing;
  • Partner selection and SOW in close co-operation with procurement;
  • Monitor solution consistency, business case, conditions, risks and mitigations, assumptions and issues;
  • Provide input into DRM as required;
  • Mitigate / Minimize delivery risk on system implementation projects by determining the most appropriate delivery approach and by defining comprehensive proposal assumptions.
