VOIP Network SME to support client VOIP design and guidance for configuration for 850+ retail stores across the US.
Detailed job responsibilities:
- Migrate from POTS voice to VOIP
- 5-7 years’ experience
- Successfully led at least 1 implementation of VOIP
- Design, implement and deploy VOIP solution to 850+ retail stores. Configure and setup Cisco 8841 IP phones and ATAs to replace analog phones and fax machines. Document support procedure and diagram. Conduct user and support training.
- Implement and deploy Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX) systems
- Monitor and maintain UCCX systems, VMWare servers and SIP trunks. Interpret RTMT logs, alerts and isolated failure points.
- Generate CUIC reports, designed and built dashboards.
- Deploy Cisco Unified Communication Clusters with 10 SRST sites
- Configure voice VLAN, QoS, control protocols MGCP, H323 and SIP. Manage CUBEs, SIP trunks, VMware servers, Disaster Recovery System (DRS) and Premier License Management (PLM).
- Manage and oversee vendors and telecom providers in service provisioning, issue report, escalation and billing management.
- Configure EIGRP, OSPF, RIP and Frame Relay IP routes.
- Administration and maintenance of Cisco routers, switches and network activities.
