The Senior Program Manager is responsible for managing high complexity projects and larger programs. Individuals in this role use advance knowledge of project management processes and controls to accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities and may have either direct reports or matrixed subordinate team members. The role requires regular analytical and metrics-based reporting to other staff, Executive Committee, and stakeholders.

• Previous experience with payment processing.
• Inventory, and vendor software integration are required.
• Strong Technical skills in implementing Cloud based platforms with API’s is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing offshore delivery and experience with Retail Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
