Must Skills:

• Experience in public cloud platforms (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) and software-defined data center security design & architecture
• Technical experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, AAD Connect, M365, desktop engineering including enterprise scale projects and security countermeasures
• In-depth knowledge of security trust-based models, micro-segmentation architectures and IAM, authentication and access capabilities
• Experience in network security and related infrastructure technologies, cloud-based infrastructure, software defined networks and hybrid connectivity architectures
• Working knowledge of one or more risk control frameworks, processes and associated solutions architectures (e.g. NIST 800-53, ISO27000)
• Experience in mapping industry and standards-based controls to various technology systems, products, ecosystems and platforms
• Strong decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate
• Ability to provide leadership, technology guidance and mentor others throughout identity domains
• Knowledge and understanding of architecture & security architecture frameworks (Zachman, TOGAF, etc.)
• Familiarity with agile-based software development
• Familiarity with containerized solutions such as Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on the ability to effectively influence others
• A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily-understood, authoritative, and actionable manner

Detailed job responsibilities:

• Responsible for complex projects that require hands-on and in-depth architectural knowledge of Microsoft platforms. Individual will drive the secure design and development efforts (confidentiality, integrity, and availability) of identity ecosystems and roadmaps. This role interacts with functional leaders to support broad technical initiatives.
